Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administrator II to manage complex commercial construction loan disbursements, verify budgets, and ensure lien-free completion while monitoring documentation and schedules.

You will review draw packages, identify budget fluctuations, liaise with the Construction Loan Project Manager and other partners, and maintain accurate files in CLA SharePoint and loan systems.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years administering complex commercial construction loan disbursements.
• Strong customer service, an aptitude for numbers and budgets.
• Ability to identify construction risks and present solutions to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets and ensure sources of funds and loan commitments are sufficient.
• Identify project progress issues and communicate with Construction Loan Project Manager and partners.
• Verify loan documentation and recommend disbursement approvals.
• Maintain accurate construction files and update loan systems and SharePoint.
