Ladders is seeking a Construction (Modular) Project Manager to oversee modular construction projects from planning through completion, with a strong focus on safety, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation control.

The role guides a team of direct reports in a fast-paced environment, requiring close coordination and disciplined execution to deliver results on time and within scope. Remote work options may be available and preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with adaptability to change.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Valid driver's license.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Construction (Modular) Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee modular construction projects from planning through completion, with a strong focus on safety, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation control. The position will also guide a team of direct reports while keeping multiple complex projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role will require close coordination across project team members, clear communication, and disciplined execution to deliver results on time and within scope.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
