Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client projects in the Real Estate and Construction space. This remote role requires guiding executives through a structured delivery process, aligning schedules, budgets, and documentation with internal teams and contractors.

You will oversee due diligence, design implementation, and communication, ensuring timely completion while maintaining financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and space planning concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working with senior executive-level clients.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee the planning and execution of complex client projects from initial due diligence through design implementation and completion. You will partner closely with senior client stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to keep schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication aligned. The position requires strong project leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to guide executive-level clients through a structured delivery process.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
