Job summary

ECS Southeast, LLP is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager to lead Fayetteville field services. You will coordinate teams from senior engineers to field staff to meet project deadlines and ensure quality across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing invoices and change orders, and mentoring junior staff. A BS in a relevant field and PE/PG license are required, along with strong communication and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering & Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Geology.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in CMT or related field.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; PE or PG license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication, client-relations and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction materials testing projects, review daily reports, and resolve technical and administrative issues.
• Oversee project budgets, invoices, pay applications, and collections support.
• Prepare proposals and change orders; host client meetings and follow up on reports.
• Perform soil classifications and assign laboratory testing; mentor junior staff.
