Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager for our Greensboro field services team. You will lead projects from proposal through final delivery and closeout, ensuring technical quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will mentor staff, contribute to business development, and maintain ECS Core Values while coordinating across project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced project management and consulting skills.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials testing principles and ASTM standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages construction materials testing projects from proposal through completion.
• Ensures all project tasks from proposal through final invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversees daily report review and resolves technical issues.
• Manages project budgets, invoicing, pay applications, and collections.
