Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to join the Wilmington field services team. You will drive project success from proposal through final invoice while mentoring staff and maintaining client relationships.

Qualified candidates have a B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field), 5+ years of CMT experience, and PE/PG licensure, with a valid driver's license for field work. Strong communication and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field as listed in the qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 full years of relevant experience.
• Professional licensure including PE or PG.
• Must have a valid driver's license and applicable insurance when driving on behalf of ECS.
• Strong marketing skills with ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of heavy construction safety, practices, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of CMT principles, ASTM standards, and field testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the success of a variety of construction materials testing projects from proposal to final invoice.
• Manage project budgets, prepare invoices, pay applications, and assist with collections.
• Prepare and review proposals and change orders; lead project meetings with clients and teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and support development of the team and staffing decisions.
• Market ECS services and maintain existing client relationships.
