Consolidated Electrical Distributors is seeking a Project Coordinator in Davenport, IA to support our sales team, contractors, and manufacturers on electrical material supply for schools, hospitals, and major construction projects.

You will learn operations, logistics, project management, and relationship-based sales while coordinating orders and deliveries, with exposure to real projects from order to installation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and delivery of electrical materials for commercial construction projects.
• Communicate with contractors, customers, and vendors regarding timelines and product availability.
• Maintain shipping schedules and provide regular updates to customers.
• Work closely with Outside Sales team to support customer relationships.
• Arrange deliveries from vendors to our warehouse and final shipment to the jobsite.
• Accurately process and bill material shipments.
• Collaborate with industry partners to resolve project challenges.
