Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Wireman License required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Electrical Construction Project Management.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, initiative and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise total construction effort to ensure work aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Participate in estimating and change management processes including take-offs and subcontractor proposals.
• Initiate and issue change orders for extra work.
• Assist in selecting subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate purchase orders to support material deliveries and project changes.
• On-site collaboration with project team for scheduling, materials, and staff direction.
• Ensure productivity, efficient use of materials/equipment, and contractual performance.
• Support inspections, safety and quality reviews; document results.
• Provide technical assistance such as drawing interpretation and method recommendations.
• Foster client relations and support sales efforts.
• Travel as needed.
