Our Project Coordinator role is designed for upcoming or recent college graduates who want a professional business career — not just a job. You’ll work directly with our sales team, contractors, and manufacturers to help supply the electrical materials that power schools, hospitals, office buildings, and major construction projects.
This is a customer-facing, team-oriented position where you’ll learn operations, logistics, project management, and relationship-based sales inside a growing electrical distribution company.
You won’t just be doing paperwork — you’ll be helping manage real construction projects from order to installation.

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Upcoming or recent college graduate (Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Communications, or related field preferred)
Internship, campus leadership, athletics, or customer service experience is a plus
Basic Microsoft Office skills

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment with time spent on the production floor.

Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate orders and delivery of electrical materials for commercial construction projects
Communicate with contractors, customers, and vendors regarding timelines and product availability
Maintain shipping schedules and provide regular updates to customers
Work closely with our Outside Sales team to support customer relationships
Arrange deliveries from vendors to our warehouse and final shipment to the jobsite
Accurately process and bill material shipments
Collaborate with industry partners to resolve project challenges
