Job summary

Estes Construction in Davenport, IA is seeking a full-time Project Manager to strategically lead commercial construction projects from concept through close-out. You’ll coordinate preconstruction to design and on-site activities, support bid proposals, and drive quality control and safety programs across multiple projects.

The role requires 5 years of construction experience or an engineering/CM degree, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience and construction management, or engineering degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from concept to completion with a team.
• Plan, develop and coordinate all office activities to support on-site field teams.
• Assist with bid proposals and coordinate quality control and safety activities.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project expectations effectively to ensure successful execution.
