Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of logistics/dispatching/warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with ERP or construction management software.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and endure extended computer use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and movement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and prefabricated assemblies between vendors, warehouses, fabrication facilities, and job sites.
• Schedule and monitor deliveries to support project schedules and field productivity.
• Track shipment statuses and proactively resolve delivery issues, shortages, or delays.
• Coordinate company drivers and transportation resources.
• Maintain daily schedules for deliveries, pickups, and equipment moves.
• Assist with route planning to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Monitor material inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
• Coordinate receipt and distribution of materials at company facilities and job sites.
• Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Serve as a liaison between project managers, field foremen, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Provide regular updates regarding material availability, delivery schedules, and transportation logistics.
• Help identify opportunities to improve logistical processes and operational efficiency.
