Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking a motivated Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Field Technician to join our Mount Laurel team. No experience is required; you’ll be trained on-site, work with experienced professionals, and learn to safely perform a variety of testing tasks.

You will conduct field testing on soils, aggregates, and concrete, follow industry standards, and collect data under supervision. The role includes growth through training programs and certifications, with pay ranging from $20 to $21

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift at least 85 pounds.
• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• OSHA 10 certification may be required.
• Willing to learn CMT principles and field procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of soils, aggregates, and concrete on project sites.
• Follow standard testing methods and industry guidelines.
• Perform data collection and calculations from test results.
• Maintain communication with site contractors and project managers.
• Assist with organizing field equipment and report findings accurately.
