White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate in Tucson, AZ. You will deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers while processing orders and providing accurate order information.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system and provide order information to customers.
• Pull orders as required.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications (provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and help resolve customers’ problems).
• Upsell by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
