Construction Material Testing seeks a Marketing Manager to own the website, SEO, local listings, and analytics. You will build the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit, and craft a content calendar with engineers.

You'll run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, trade events, and direct outreach for expanding markets, while ensuring brand consistency across all public channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ in the AEC or related sectors.
• Hands-on with modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Proven ability to write clean, specific copy.
• Experience building proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and SEO program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with engineers.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for markets the company is entering, and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across all public channels.
