Construction Material Testing seeks a Marketing Manager to own the website, SEO, and local listings, and to manage the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.

You will produce the content calendar with engineers, run targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and events, and report results monthly while ensuring brand accuracy across all channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy; has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious enough to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with engineers who have the knowledge.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
