Job summary

Bonneville Builders is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across the company. You will collaborate with the Marketing Director, business development, project teams and leadership to create materials, support proposals and strengthen the brand in Utah.

The role involves coordinating events, managing marketing assets, updating content, and assisting with CRM and communications. Travel to jobsites and offices is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field preferred.
• One to three years of relevant experience preferred; internships and a strong portfolio encouraged.
• Strong layout, typography and visual consistency skills; adept with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposals, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs and other pursuit materials.
• Design and produce social media graphics, flyers, project sheets, presentations and signage.
• Support website updates, social media scheduling and email campaigns.
• Coordinate project photography and assist with jobsite branding needs.
• Support client events, career fairs and company announcements.
• Organize marketing files and manage shared resources in OneDrive/SharePoint.
