Deacon Construction, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Sacramento to support proposals, collateral, social media, and events for Sacramento and Boise offices.

You will manage content libraries, assist with qualifications and proposals, coordinate website updates, email campaigns, and CRM data, while ensuring on-time delivery of materials. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in marketing are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• Three or more years of professional services marketing experience.
• A/E/C industry experience desirable but not required.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills with multi-priority management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM, websites, and email marketing tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and organize content library for proposals and collateral.
• Assist with marketing collateral, client qualifications, and proposal packages.
• Coordinate social media content, website updates, and email marketing pieces.
• Update CRM and archive files; organize marketing events and conferences.
• Coordinate photography, headshots, and client gifting as needed.
