Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support the construction management process on homebuilding projects in Oklahoma. The role involves helping with job scheduling, site safety, punch lists, and new home orientation tasks, while ensuring site cleanliness and model/inventory upkeep.

The trainee will participate in construction meetings and training to prepare for future leadership positions. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 0–2 years in construction),

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast–paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel).
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspects and enforces job safety requirements.
• Completes ‘punch lists’ and assists in completion of new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assists in completion of model/inventory maintenance.
• Assists in areas of service‑related issues.
• Daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
