Job summary

Progressive is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee subcontractors and daily site activities in Reno, NV. The role focuses on maintaining schedules, quality workmanship, and safety compliance across residential, commercial, and utility projects.

You will review plans with field teams, manage labor and materials, and ensure adherence to codes and project requirements. Strong leadership and license credentials are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B Contractor License is required.
• Experience holding or previously holding a Class A or Class B license is preferred.
• Must meet the qualifications to obtain Class A or Class B License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and daily construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Review project plans and specifications with field personnel.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues to minimize delays.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project requirements
