Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman trade certification in a related construction trade (preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Building Codes.
• Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental programs on the project site.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
• Coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment.
• Complete field administration: timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
• Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
• Implement and monitor the construction plan, including scheduling and logistics.
• Supervise, mentoring, and developing field personnel (15+ electricians).
• Participate in field work and operate tools when necessary.
• Collaborate with prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting teams.
