Job summary

Progressive is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee subcontractors and daily site activities in Reno, NV. The role focuses on maintaining schedules, quality workmanship, and safety compliance across residential, commercial, and utility projects.

You will review plans with field teams, manage labor and materials, and ensure adherence to codes and project requirements. Strong leadership and license credentials are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B Contractor License is required.
• Experience holding or previously holding a Class A or Class B license is preferred.
• Must meet the qualifications to obtain Class A or Class B License.

Priortiy Qualifications

• Currently holds and maintain a valid Class A or Class B Contractor License.
• Previously held a valid Class A or Class B Contractor License.
• Meet the qualifications and requirements to obtain a Class A or Class B Contractor License

Bonus Experience

• Electrical construction, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and contractor compliance requirements
