Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience, preferably via a General Contractor.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management; MS preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including bidding, negotiations, execution, punch lists, and closeout.
• Develop project scopes and RFPs with infrastructure and process engineering teams.
• Oversee budgeting, productivity, and financial analysis for projects.
• Perform constructability reviews and QA/QC.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
• Coordinate startup, planning, meetings, and commissioning activities.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance; track key metrics.
