Job summary

AHU technology in Reno, NV is seeking a Superintendent II to oversee daily jobsite operations for commercial projects. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate logistics, and ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget while upholding plans and quality standards.

You will lead on-site teams, review schedules with Project Managers, enforce safety policies, maintain reports, and serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, inspectors, and trades.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of construction field experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and building systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor field staff and manage multiple subcontractors.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Superintendent II is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations and ensuring commercial

construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project
