Job summary

Perry Homes in Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction activities on-site. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, manage material orders, and ensure quality through to home completion.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to read blueprints and development plans. You will handle budgeting, change orders, and related tasks as directed by leadership.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes' quality standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, budgets, variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Project Manager or executives.
