Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ten years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret construction documents and schedules; strong budget control skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train field personnel on construction processes, safety and policies.
• Schedule and direct tasks for all phases of construction.
• Supervise construction activities and manage field staff to meet safety, cost, and quality standards.
• Ensure OSHA and state regulation compliance across projects.
• Visit job sites to monitor quality, policy enforcement and permits.
