Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Residential construction management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in and manage schedules.
• Supervise trade partners, conduct site walks, ensure quality and adhere to timelines.
• Lead pre-construction and post-construction meetings and coordinate with teams.
• Resolve inspector and trade-partner concerns with cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain safety logs, enforce codes, and manage documentation and change orders.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to ensure clear communication.
