SPATCO is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the branch Construction team, ensuring projects meet specifications, budgets, and safety standards. You'll schedule installations, oversee crews, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining strong internal controls and reporting.

The role requires managing multiple projects, coordinating with subcontractors, and upholding company safety practices across sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management (min 3 years).
• Experience managing employees and subcontractors.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Verify safe work environment for installation personnel.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized worksites and oversee sites/offices.
• Maintain records and safety forms for work performed.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and cost control.
• Conduct site safety audits and review project costs.
