Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions seeks an energetic Petroleum Construction Crew Leader to join our Construction Division. You will oversee the installation and removal of above- and below-ground petroleum storage tanks, piping, dispensers, and pumping units, along with related concrete, electrical, and environmental tasks.

You will coordinate duties, monitor schedules and subcontractors, ensure safe work practices, track materials and costs, and maintain quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus.
• 40hr OSHA training is a plus.
• Installer certifications in the industry are a plus.
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs when necessary.
• Work outside in all types of weather.
• Work under time constraints and with others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks for small projects.
• Monitor schedules and subcontractors; apply best skills.
• Ensure safe work practices and housekeeping daily.
• Brief crew on daily tasks and direct work.
• Track equipment, materials and costs to maintain budgets.
• Verify progress against codes and specifications.
• Document daily activities and inspections; maintain warranty docs.
