Job summary

CESO, Inc. in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects for diverse clients, ensuring work aligns with scope, schedule, budget and quality.

You will lead site reviews, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, attend weekly meetings, manage safety, and ensure close-out documentation. A 4‑year degree and 4+ years of experience are preferred, with up to 50% travel and hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of direct project management experience in a design/construction setting preferred.
• Or 10 years related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet.
• Travel up to 50% to project sites, inspections, or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support objective achievement.
• Conduct detailed reviews of vendor proposals and awards with client coordination.
• Follow standards for project reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Lead project start-up activities.
• Perform on-site reviews of construction progress to monitor schedule.
• Schedule and document weekly project meetings.
• Ensure contract terms and specifications are met by inspecting work.
• Conduct punch-list inspections and site visits.
• Review monthly pay applications for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate project-related issues to leadership and client contacts.
• Ensure close-out documentation and punch-list items are completed before final release.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and company policies.
• Establish and communicate project safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
