Job summary

Commercial Contracting Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of diverse projects within a 75‑mile radius of Gas City, IN. You will supervise field teams, manage safety and quality, and coordinate subs, schedules, and permits to meet deadlines and budgets.

This role demands hands-on leadership, a deep understanding of concrete, rigging, steel, and carpentry, and travel to project sites as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience on large GC industrial/heavy commercial projects.
• CPR/AED and safety training certifications required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and maintain harmonious on-site relationships.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and addenda with the Project Manager.
• Assist in developing on-site procedures and the project schedule.
• Ensure permits, safety programs, and quality control are in place.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage project safety meetings.
• Review daily reports and monthly payment requests.
