Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinating with owners, contractors, and vendors. You will ensure work aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while leading project start-up, on-site reviews, and key meetings.

Required are a CM/Engineering degree (or 10 years of related experience) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools like Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field preferred, or 10 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support achievement of project objectives.
• Conduct detailed reviews of vendor proposals and awards in coordination with the client.
• Follow standards and procedures for project reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Lead and document weekly project meetings throughout the construction phase.
• Inspect work to verify compliance with contract terms and specifications.
