Neal Communities, based in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction of assigned amenity projects from conception to completion.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipalities, manage budgets and schedules, oversee subcontractors and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction or amenity project management and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction or amenity projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design, and construction of assigned amenity projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipalities for approvals and inspections.
• Develop and manage project budgets and monitor expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, allocate resources, and track milestones.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring safety and quality.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and budget.
• Review proposals, change orders, and scope adjustments.
