Qualifications

• Has at least 5 years of construction or contract-related experience.
• Degree in construction management or construction technology.
• Knowledge of engineering/construction standards, codes, and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for full lifecycle of construction projects.
• Develop project requirement packages and independent government cost estimates.
• Oversee construction operations for compliance with plans, specs and quality.
• Review submittals, RFIs, material proposals, and shop drawings; justify changes.
