Job summary

Deployed Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead teams across the United States and overseas. The role requires directing trades, coordinating materials, and maintaining security-conscious processes on mission-critical facilities projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or 10+ years of leadership in construction, travel up to 75%, and a Top Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 10+ years' leadership in construction.
• Experience leading construction crews on federal or commercial projects.
• Experience with secure facilities construction (SCIFs) preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of construction trades and manage activities across sites to meet milestones and budgets.
• Directly supervise trades employees, contractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to project locations.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism.
• Work within a common data environment, following security procedures.
• Create construction document packages for review and bidding; update as-built docs.
• Meet safety, quality, and team performance targets.
• Oversee technical aspects and adjust schedules and logistics as needed.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors across disciplines.
