Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee capital improvements and construction across multiple sites. You will assess buildings during due diligence, ensure projects stay on time and on budget, and maintain clear internal and external communication with stakeholders.

The role requires travel to Phoenix-area properties about 70% of the time, with some out-of-state travel to Utah. A strong track record in multifamily or hospitality renovations is preferred and collaboration across

Qualifications

OSHA 10 and asbestos certifications required.
5+ years of hands-on construction experience.
Experience with multifamily or hospitality renovations is a plus.
Requires travel to properties and onsite work in the Phoenix area approximately 70% of the time, with occasional out-of-state travel to Utah 2-3 times per year.
Strong communicator who works effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

Meets with external clients and internal associates to present status of projects and options for improved efficiencies.
Manages a team for day-to-day renovation and repositioning projects and oversees capital projects at a site.
Administers bidding with contractors, sends out bid packages, assesses bids, and recommends preferred contractors.
Recommends and retains specialty engineers and architects as needed.
Responsible for internal and external reporting of capital projects including timing and financial updates.
