Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or near completion.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, resourceful, eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
• Write and post job descriptions.
• Represent our brand professionally in the St. Louis business community.
