This hands-on program provides a structured rotation through Pre-Construction, Production and Field Operations, with virtual professional development training and bi-weekly mentorship to help you grow professionally.

During the internship you’ll review drawings, assist with budgeting, bidding, scheduling and safety practices, and gain exposure to project documentation, site walks and closeout

Qualifications

• Undergrad program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Solid mathematical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Pre-Construction, Production, and Field Operations.
• Participate in proposal, budgeting, and conceptual estimating.
• Review drawings, scopes, and subcontractor reviews.
• Assist with bidding, buyout, and subcontractor selection.
• Gain exposure to permitting, scheduling, project docs.
• Participate in site walks, safety practices, and daily site meetings.
• Track project documentation and contribute to closeout.
