Qualifications

• High School Diploma and currently enrolled in college are required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) expected.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and apply knowledge of Perry Homes construction procedures from sheetrock stage to home completion under supervision.
• Suggest solutions to issues with inspectors, contractors, customers, or suppliers.
• Complete projects on short notice within tight time constraints.
• Assist in planning warranty service per company policy.
• Build relationships with homeowners, trades, and sales staff.
• Inspect warranty work to ensure it meets company standards.
• Monitor materials and workmanship for quality during installation and at completion.
• Maintain inventory homes and related tasks with high quality.
• Ensure subcontractors follow subdivision safety programs and report violations.
• Help keep subdivision safety records and assist the Project Manager as needed.
