Qualifications

• High School Diploma and current enrollment in College required.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and apply knowledge of Perry Homes construction procedures under supervision.
• Create and implement recommendations to address issues with inspectors, contractors, customers, or suppliers.
• Complete projects with short notice under extreme time constraints.
