Job summary

Perry Homes is offering a summer internship to assist the Construction Management Team with general support across construction, customer service, quality control, and safety processes.

You will gain hands-on experience in building procedures, warranty planning, and working with homeowners, trades, and sales staff. This role requires strong organization and time management alongside reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and current college enrollment required.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learn Perry Homes construction procedures from sheetrock tape to home completion under supervision.
• Create and implement recommendations for issues with inspectors, contractors, customers, or suppliers.
• Occasionally complete projects with short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Assist in planning warranty service per company policy.
• Build relationships with homeowners, trades, and sales staff.
