Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Management with tasks and projects related to construction, customer service, quality control, and safety.
• Learn Perry Homes construction procedures from sheetrock to home completion under supervision.
• Help plan and coordinate warranty service according to company policy.
• Assist in maintaining inventory homes and ensuring high quality workmanship.
• Support in coordinating with homeowners, trades, and sales staff.
