Responsibilities

• Learn Perry Homes construction procedures from sheetrock to home completion under supervision.
• Propose solutions for issues with inspectors, contractors, customers, or suppliers.
• Complete projects with short notice under tight deadlines.
• Assist in planning warranty service per company policy.
• Build relationships with homeowners, trades, and sales staff.
• Inspect warranty work to ensure company standards are met.
• Check materials and workmanship during installation and at completion for quality.
• Maintain inventory homes and keep tasks in high quality.
