Job summary

Perry Homes, a leading Texas homebuilder, offers a summer internship opportunity in Austin to support the Construction Management Team. You will gain hands-on experience across construction procedures, customer service, quality control, and safety processes while working under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma with college enrollment, strong MS Office skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and current enrollment in College required.
• Demonstrated computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and apply knowledge of Perry Homes construction procedures under supervision.
• Create and implement recommendations for issues with inspectors, contractors, customers, or suppliers.
• Occasionally complete projects with short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Assist in planning warranty service as per company policy.
• Acquire knowledge in building relationships with homeowners, trades, and sales staff.
