Job summary

NVR is offering a 12-week paid Construction Management Intern position in Greenville, SC. You will shadow a Project Manager, work with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

You will also gain exposure to Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking as part of a broad internship experience. Must be enrolled in a college degree program and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication abilities with customers and partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program and likely to graduate within 12 months.
• Current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Explore other areas of the business such as Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products and Mortgage Banking.
