Responsibilities

• Assist with project management tasks for heavy construction projects (public and private).
• Learn asphalt plant operations and work with plant operators.
• Support construction crews and foremen with preparation and setup for jobs.
• Understand job cost and basic P&L concepts; review workloads and financial statements.
