Legence in the United States is seeking a motivated Construction Management Intern/Co-op to support our construction team in the successful execution of projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in construction management, project coordination, and fieldwork within the commercial HVAC/mechanical systems industry.

The role provides exposure to pre-construction planning, project execution, and post-construction activities.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Pre-Construction: review drawings for scope and cost savings; assist with bid processes and RFP coordination; track contract requirements and M&V specs.
• Construction Phase: assist with scheduling, safety docs, vendor submittals, procurement, meetings, and field reports.
• Post-Construction: help develop closeout materials, warranty registrations, and owner training.
