Job summary

NVR, Inc. is offering a Construction Management Intern role for a 12-week paid summer internship in the Tampa area. You will shadow a Project Manager, work with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

The program also provides exposure to Sales, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking to broaden industry knowledge. The ideal candidate is highly driven, has leadership and communication skills, is currently enrolled in a college degree program

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and business partners
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, and preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship
• Current Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors
• Interact with customers building their new home
• Explore opportunities in Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking
