Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years in construction project management with production oversight
• Two or more years supervising field or service staff
• Experience with estimating and sales including proposals and contracts
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors (English)
• Comfortable with job-cost, budget and margin analysis
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
• Knowledge of residential construction codes and sequencing
• Ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively
• Experience with high-end projects and quality building
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; project management software
• Valid driver’s license and driving flexibility
• Availability for after-hours or emergency warranty issues

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, coach, and develop technicians, carpenters, and labor staff
• Assign and prioritize work, monitor quality and timely completion
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships and performance
• Run division meetings and EOS rhythms; attend company meetings
• Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed on job sites
• Occasionally perform hands-on work to support the team
• Collaborate with project managers to produce accurate scopes of work
• Bid competitively while protecting margin; provide ballpark estimates
• Oversee warranty intake, scheduling, and close-out processes
• Coordinate with production teams on warranty items and track resolutions
• Maintain records in Salesforce and PM system
• Serve as primary client contact for the division; respond promptly
• Conduct quality-control inspections to uphold standards
• Manage revenue and gross margin goals; monitor costs and profit margins
