Job summary

• Proficiency with construction management software and reading plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential construction projects from conception through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee daily operations.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure alignment and trust.
• Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor bids for value and quality.
• Interpret plans, identify risks, and coordinate with inspectors and vendors.
