As Senior Superintendent, you'll partner with the Project Manager in leading the day-to-day project execution, overseeing skilled in-house crews, carpenters, support staff, and trades. You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules, directing in-house crews, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, organized, and productive job site.
As Senior Superintendent your role is to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the high-quality standards our clients expect. You’ll coordinate the work of our project teams and trade partners while maintaining clear communication and accountability throughout the build. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional homes and creating a professional, collaborative experience for our clients and everyone involved in the project.
Work is performed in an office and outdoors on active construction sites, with exposure to rain, heat, cold, humidity, vibration, and moving equipment. Allen Construction follows Cal/OSHA heat illness prevention requirements. The employee must be able to move about job sites, including uneven terrain; remain stationary for extended periods; inspect work at or near ground level; use a computer and phone; read plans and documents; communicate effectively; and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
